OEMALOT guarantees that you will be satisfied with the interaction between you and your supplier. If you are not, we will find a supplier to complete your job, at no additional cost to you, or we will refund your money.

Not only do we feel that a guarantee like this is necessary, but it’s about time. One of the largest fears a buyer faces when selecting an OEM partner is that the relationship will be dysfunctional and very costly. The lack of quality information about each supplier just makes that fear worse and can increase the chances of entering into a disruptive relationship. That is exactly why we set out with the goal of not only providing more quality information about every supplier but to also protect buyers from large pitfalls.

Practical
The approach to our guarantee is practical. We can’t possibly guarantee the quality of your final manufactured product since so many different elements contribute to product quality, and many of those elements rely on buyer established communication and process. This is not a product guarantee. In the instance where a client approaches us about a refund, we are going to get involved and investigate so that we learn all the details of the situation. Our course of action will depend on the result of this analysis and can range from trying to manufacture the product again with some of the communication ironed out to finding a new supplier. The goal is to find a solution that gets you to the next step in your manufacturing process at the lowest cost and risk to all parties, including OEMALOT.

Our guarantee is at our discretion, but rest assured that we are not successful unless you are successful. We’ll do whatever it takes to make that happen and encourage you to try for yourself to see.
